1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your non-prescription frame order within 2 hours of placement, or prior to lab processing. To cancel, WhatsApp us at +91 9820153163 with your Order ID.

2. Frame Returns & 14-Day Try-On

We offer a 14-day try-on return policy for unused designer frames in their original case with authentication tags intact.

Note on Custom Prescription Lenses: Lenses customized to your personal prescription cannot be restocked or refunded once surfaced and edged.

3. Refunds Processing

Approved refunds are initiated within 3-5 business days via UPI or original payment method.
